Navigating Menopause and Beyond
A 2-Night Event with Judy Gardiner, Menopause Educator, Advocate, and Certified Provider
The Stratford Perth Museum is pleased to host this educational event with Judy Gardiner, Nurse Practitioner and perimenopause provider, educator and advocate. Her personal struggle with the onset of perimenopause two years ago led her to change the world of Menopause in the Huron-Perth Community. Judy is a Menopause Society Certified Provider and Medical Director of the Stratford Family Health Team Menopause Clinic. She also runs her own practice to help those outside of Huron-Perth access evidence-based treatment, and to educate and advocate for improving Women's Midlife Health.
Judy believes people have great agency over their health, if only given the right information and a supportive community.
