Sharing An Adventure: Exhibit Celebration Event
Wander into the Stratford Perth Museum for our Sharing An Adventure: Exhibit Celebration Event this August starting at 6:30 PM. The evening will begin with a presentation introducing exhibit content discussing the timeless themes of power and heroism in fantasy literature with a second presentation from special guest speaker, Dr. Gabrielle Ceraldi, who will examine the history and common archetypes used in JRR Tolkien's works and other iconic authors.
Then it’s time for a quest in our Sharing An Adventure exhibit space where you can participate in some courageous tasks answering riddles and finding the 'strength of spirit' to complete the posed challenges - beware that your fate is bound to the exhibit challenges where a prize is in store for those that find the journey's end!
Light refreshments will be available.

Special Guest Speaker
Dr. Gabrielle Ceraldi
Gabrielle Ceraldi is a professor in the English and Writing Studies department at Western University. She teaches courses on Children's Literature, Harry Potter, Fantasy, and Dystopian Fiction. She lives in St. Marys with her husband and two children.
